Private lessons: Yoga and Pilates

Private lessons can be either in your home (London only), 10 Harley Street, or at Club Fifty One, Marylebone. London. W1. www.clubfiftyone.co.uk.

Private lessons are sixty to ninety minutes long and are arranged at a time to suit you.  Private tuition is ideal for those wanting to learn and progress their practice of yoga and/or Pilates. Private lessons are also ideal if there is something specific you'd like to focus on, or if you have a specific conditions that you feel maybe helped by yoga and/or Pilates.

By choosing one to one tuition these benefits are largely increased as all programs are tailored to the client. Private lessons are also ideal if there is something more specific you'd like to focus on such as:


Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI)
-  Acute and Chronic Back pain
-  Multiple Sclerosis and other neurological conditions
-  Pregnancy including those with Pelvic Girdle Pain.
-  Post-natal recovery including issues with incontinence post birth.

Costs
