'Six and seven years ago I was involved in two major road accidents and suffered whiplash and upper and lower back injuries. Since then I have been having massage on a regular basis from a sports and remedial massage therapist to keep myself mobile. Since starting yoga classes on a weekly basis about three months ago I find myself more flexible and am becoming less reliant on the massage treatment. I also find I am sleeping better and not waking up stiff in the morning. 'Thanks so much for a lovely yoga weekend. The venue was extremely comfortable and the food was amazing. I could easily become a vegetarian if I was able to eat like that every day.  I really enjoyed the yoga and pilates. It was hard work at times but I felt so good after it (definitely two inches taller!). And of course the relaxation at the end just never seemed long enough.  The whole vibe was so relaxing and enjoyable – an absolute pleasure'.

'I honestly had the most wonderful week at the Hacienda. We were so lucky with the lovely group we had, so relaxed and supportive, as well as with the great weather. And I have made so many friends. The healthy meals were completely delicious and combined with all the Pilates and yoga means that I have the best ab strength and definition I've seen in years! The teaching from Sally was excellent, and I love that while you take things seriously, there was always room for laughter.
