Future Hope is a pro-active charity that runs several orphanages in India. Every year Sally Parkes Yoga donates a minimum of two retreat places to the Future Hope charity raffle to help raise funds for the children.

Cancellation Policy - Terms and conditions
If for any reason you cannot attend the retreat you have booked we will do our best to fill your place and fully refund you (minus our £25 admin charge). Please note this is not a guarantee and if we cannot fill your place the following cancellation fees apply:
If you cancel 1-21 days before the retreat you will be charged 100% of the retreat price.
If you cancel 22-42 days before the retreat you will be charged 50% of the retreat price.
If you cancel 43 or more days before the retreat you will be charged 0% of the retreat price.
Please also note that all cancellations incur a £25 admin fee per booking that will be deducted from your refund

We STRONGLY recommend that you take out insurance to cover your costs in the event that you have to cancel or curtail your retreat and are not due a refund in terms of the above policy.
Non-smoking and alcohol free policy.
Please note that although our retreats are very relaxed they are non smoking events. We welcome everyone at our retreats but please note that If you are a smoker you will need to go off site to smoke. Retreats are also alcohol free and we respectfully ask that you do not bring alcohol to any of the retreats. Thank you.
