Four Day Yoga, Pilates and Walking Retreat - Bangor, Wales
This retreat will be held at the Dru Yoga centre in North Wales. Set in a beautiful valley in Snowdon area, this retreat is suitable for all levels and offers a full schedule of Yoga, Pilates and walking. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you like.
The Venue: Please note that some of these retreats are run at The Snowdonia Mountain Lodge and some are run at the picturesque Yr Ocar House, both of which are part of the Dru Yoga organisation. About the classes

You have the choice of a number of classes including Dynamic Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Pilates and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation). All classes are suitable for beginner levels up to advanced levels and you are welcome to do as much or as little as you wish. Depending on the weather we may also do some yoga practice outside in the valley. Yoga
The Yoga classes are taught by Sally Parkes and are a combination of energising Dynamic Yoga in the morning followed by a more restorative practice of Hatha yoga later in the day. All classes are for all all abilities and we welcome beginners.
Pilates
Pilates is an exercise method that is great for working the core area of the body including the abdominal area. It is very effective in reducing lower back pain and improving
the muscle tone of the lower abdomen in particular.

You will recieve three vegetarian meals a day and all food the team are happy to cater for food allergies and intolerances as long as they are given notice. Please inform Sally upon booking if you have any dietary requirements.

Getting there
By Train: There are direct trains from London Euston to Bangor and is generally cheaper the earlier you book.
Both Yr Ocar and The Snowdonia Mountain Lodge are a twenty minute taxi ride from the station. Taxi's can be caught from outside Bangor station.

What to bring
Please bring with you a yoga mat and loose or stretchy clothing for your yoga and Pilates practice. As the weather in Wales is also very changeable it is advisable to bring some rain proof clothing. Clothing for hiking and sturdy walking boots are also strongly advised. A towel is pro
