Yoga for Pregnancy : This is taught on a one to one basis or in
                                      small groups in your home.

Pregnancy Yoga is a wonderful way to rest and re-energize as well as a great way to prepare for labour and your post-natal recovery. Practicing yoga whilst pregnant can also help with lower back pain and help you sleep more soundly, as well as giving you the opportunity to bond with your baby. Suitable for all levels and abilities.

Mother and Baby Yoga is a special time for you and your baby to bond and have fun in a supportive environment. Stretch out tired muscles and strengthen areas that are often weakened due to pregnancy and child birth such as the pelvic floor and lower back.

Baby Yoga helps to relieve colic, eases digestion and encourages restful sleep. This class is very relaxed in that you are encouraged to stop and feed whenever you like and join in when you are ready. Suitable for all babies up to and including crawling  babies and for
mums of any ability (and any level of exhaustion!)


Costs: £10 drop-in or £50 for six sessions (eight week expiry from date of purchase)
Only ten places so please book your place to avoid disappointment.
Booking recommended.

Bring a friend for FREE class on the 9th September.
Bring a friend who has not attended the class before
and she and her baby can attend for free.
