Sally is now teaching from the exclusive Club Fifty One. As it is an exclusive and privately run health club
yoga or Pilates lessons are by appointment
only and are held in the purpose built holistic studio.
Private Lessons
Private lessons are one hour long, are arranged at a time to suit you. Private tuition is ideal for those wanting to learn and progress their practice yoga or Pilates with one to one tuition.
Private lessons are also ideal if there is something specific you'd like
to focus on, or if you have a specific conditions that you feel may
be helped by yoga and or Pilates.
Sally is experienced in teaching people with/who are:
- Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI)
- Accute and Chronic Back pain
- Multiple Sclerosis and other neurological conditions
- Pregnancy including those with Pubic Symphysis Dysfuntion (also known as Pelvic Girdle Pain)
- Post-natal including those with prolapses and who have issues with continence post birth.

Classes are suitable for all levels and are run in groups of five to
ensure that maximum attention for all participants. Run in eight week blocks, booking is essential. Please note that you have ten weeks to
take your eight classes.
Prices:
Private lessons: £60
Classes: Six week course: £135
Please note a twenty four hour cancellation policy is in place on all bookings.
Situated at 51 New Cavendish Street the club is a short walk from either Bond Street and Regents Park making this the perfect venue if you work nearby.
There are also private shower facilities to use at no extra cost.
